A sophisticated salami that will add character and depth to any charcuterie board. We’ve taken beautifully balanced Chianti Reserva wine and have combined it with gently toasted, cracked fennel seeds to blend with our own free range Saddleback pork. Each salami is made by hand before being carefully matured to bring out the full flavour. Due to the hand-made, artisan nature of our products, each Red Wine & Fennel salami varies in size and weight. The Red Wine & Fennel Large weighs between 221 - 240g.
