A sensational Scottish salami made using traditional methods and pedigree British Saddleback pork from our own farm in south west Scotland. We combine the finest of ingredients before carefully aging the salami to mature and refine the flavours. Due to the hand-made, artisan nature of our products, each Hazelnut & Tarragon salami varies in size and weight. The Hazelnut & Tarragon Large weighs between 221 - 240g.
