Order Information
Product Availability - we only sell meat from animals bred at Clash Farm and do not not buy in animals from other sources to fulfill orders, therefore we may not have items immediately available. As soon as we receive your order we will contact you to advise availability and approximate delivery date.
Packaging - all items are vacuum packed and labelled to ensure maximum freshness and placed in a secure insulated box with ice packs. If for any reason our products do not reach you in good condition, please notify us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Payment - we accept cash and cheques for items purchased direct from the farm or on delivery of items delivered to the
local area (see below for area covered). Local orders should be placed direct by calling us on 01776 860246 or via e-mail using the
Contact Us link. Online orders can be paid by credit or debit card via
PayPal, which is a secure way of purchasing items on the web. You do not require a PayPal account to make purchases and any transaction is covered by PayPal terms and conditions and security policy.
Delivery - items ordered online will be despatched by courier and we will contact you in advance with the date of your delivery. Items will only leave our premises once you have agreed to the delivery date and confirmed that there will be someone available to sign for the box. Please provide an alternative shipping address, such as your work or a neighbour, if you are unable to receive the box at home. If your box does not arrive to the expected timescale then please contact us immediately on 01776 860246 so we can track the item with the courier company. Delivery will be on a week day Tuesday to Friday and between normal working hours.
