Clash News
In December we attended an event at the Scottish Parliament which showcased produce from the South of Scotland. We received lots of positive feedback and gave the Cabinet Minister for Rural Affairs, Richard Lochhead, some of our pork to take home. We received a lovely e-mail from him complimenting us on the quality of our pork and he said we were a credit to Scottish agriculture - result!!
We are now regularly supplying a major wholesaler and Clash Farm pork has been popping up on menus across Scotland including Turnberry Hotel and top Scottish Chef Tom Kitchin's restaurant in Edinburgh.
